Under Article 3 of the Protocol, the Protocol enters into force in accordance with Article X (3) of the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (WTO) [ie. after acceptance by two-thirds of WTO Members] Protocol has been accepted by Singapore, Hong Kong and the United States as at March 2015. |
