| Amendments to Treaty and Notes | Due to expire on 31 December 1995 but extended by decisions of ISC of 1 December 1995 to 31 December 1997; of May 1997 to 31 December 1999, (UNTS 1979 p.468): and of 27 May 1999 to 31 December 2001. By Resolution ISC-Decision-23, on 29 May 2003, the International Sugar Council decided, pursuant to article 45(2) of the Agreement to extend the International Sugar Agreement until 31 December 2005; extensionsion pursuant to article 38 (2) of the Agreement for the deposit of instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval until 31 December 2005 (C.N.1207.2004.Treaties-1). By Resolution ISC-Decisions-31, adopted at its thirty-first session, the International Sugar Council decided, pursuant to article 45 (2) of the Agreement, to extend the International Sugar Agreement until 31 December 2009. By Resolution ISC-Decisions 35. adopted at its 35th session, held in Guatemala on 28 May 2009, the International Sugar Council decided, pursuant to article 45(2) of the Agreement, to extend the International Sugar Agreement, until 31 December 2011. 2013 – 6 June 43rd Session ITEM 5. Pursuant to Article 45 (2) Council agreed that the 1992 International Sugar Agreement be extended for a further two years until 31st December 2015.
